12" x 18" Access Letter Boards: Classic Metal-Framed Changeable Message Centers
The 12" x 18" Access Letter Board offers a high-quality way to display information in any indoor environment. Unlike standard store-bought boards, this line features a classic picture frame style that fits easily into various interior designs.
These black vinyl-covered letterboards are built with a durable aluminum frame and can be wall-mounted, placed on a shelf, or leaned against a flat surface for flexible viewing.
Durable Aluminum Frame with a Classic Rounded Profile
Each 12x18 metal-framed letterboard uses our #15 custom picture frame profile. This 3/8" wide rounded frame face provides a clean, attractive border for your messages. The outer frame dimension is exactly 12" x 18", with a total frame depth of 1". You can choose from seven popular metal frame finishes to match your decor:
- Satin Finishes: Silver, Matte Black, Gold, and White.
- Shiny Finishes: Polished Black, Silver, and Gold.
Black Vinyl Grooved Panel for Easy Message Updates
The open-face 12x18 letterboard is designed for quick and frequent updates. The interior features a black vinyl-covered grooved panel with standard 1/4" grooves. These grooves securely hold plastic characters, making it easy to swap out text for daily specials or changing schedules.
Each board comes with a free 290-piece white plastic letter and number set in a 3/4" Helvetica font. For more variety, we offer optional letter sets in Roman or Helvetica fonts, ranging in size from 1/2" to 3" tall.

90 Day Limited Warranty
(Magnuson-Moss Act Applies)
This product is warranted to be free of defects in material or workmanship for a period of 90 DAYS from the date of receipt of your purchase. Access Display Group, Inc. liability arising out of defective products is limited to replacing, without charge to the customer (F.O.B destination), proved defective.
Products to be found defective in material or workmanship within this period of time will be replaced. The defective product, however, must be returned by the customer prepaid for examination and inspection. Contact our customer service department for instructions on how to return the product.
This warranty does not cover replacement due to customer misuse or abuse. This warranty only applies to the original product. There are no warranties which extend beyond the description on the face hereof. Access Display Group, Inc. shall not be liable for incidental or consequential damages such as loss of use, inconvenience or delay.
Return & Exchange Policy
Customer satisfaction is our top priority. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return or exchange the item, please contact us within 30 DAYS of receipt of your purchase. Items must be returned in new, unused and resalable condition, and in its original box / packaging.
This product is subject to a restocking fee if returned for any reasons other than damage. Upon proof of return shipping and inspection of the item a credit will be issued less a 25% restock fee and any outbound shipping costs incurred by Access Display Group Inc. You are responsible for arranging return shipment to our production facility. The restock fee may be waived if exchanging for another item of same or greater value.
Any customized product or order exceeding $2,500 is non-returnable.
Please email our customer service for a RMA # (return authorization number). No returns will be accepted without such authorization.
International Orders - We do not accept returns when shipping to locations outside of the USA. All sales are final, so please triple check all details of your order before proceeding.

We ship to most places throughout Canada, but please be aware that there is additional transit time when shipping your order. Factors that affect transit time are your specific delivery location, customs inspection, and approval of your shipment as it arrives at the border. Standard Freight Delivery Lead Time
Larger, heavier items, or large volume orders will be delivered via freight carrier. Standard freight service ONLY includes delivery of your order to the curbside. Most large non-Fedex/UPS-able products are shipped tailgate delivery.
This is the most economical delivery available. It means the driver will bring the product to the back of the truck. A raised dock is required so that a fork-lift or pallet jack can be used to off load the shipment. Someone from your facility will be responsible to bring the item(s) into your building, office or home.
COMMERCIAL Basic FREE Freight Delivery (Standard Service) ($0.00)
Only for a Commercial location which has a raised commercial loading dock, a 48" high loading dock, for receiving truck/freight trailers and has a pallet jack or fork lift for unloading the truck.
RESIDENTIAL Freight Delivery (Residential Lift-Gate Service) ($125.00)
*This selection is mandatory for all Freight Items shipping to a Residential Address. A special smaller truck to access residential streets with Lift-Gate are required for residential deliveries.

Premium Freight Delivery (Inside Service to Exact Location)($450.00)
For locations without a 48" high loading dock. Two person delivery. Truck used for delivery will have a Lift-Gate used to lower the shipment to ground level. Shipment will be moved inside to a specific location. Please ensure that all doors and pathways are large enough for the product(s) ordered. Shipment will be unpacked and packing materials will be removed. Delivery by appointment.
