The SwingFrame Designer Wood Large Display Case (20x24) offers a high-end, gallery-style look that turns any empty wall into a focal point.
Unlike standard fixed custom frame shop shadow boxes that require you to take them down to change, our patented SwingFrame system lets you update your display in seconds while it stays securely wall-mounted.
Built for Visibility and Quick Updates
Our design does away with the distracting front-facing hinges and bulky locks found on typical display boards. By hiding the hardware behind the wood frame profile, we give you the clean, finished look of custom furniture. When you need to swap out a photograph, a menu, or an award, the front frame swings open from right to left, giving you full access to the 2-inch deep interior.
The frame is 1 3/8" wide with an elegant, slightly round 3-step profile in nine wood finishes. This display provides secure, furniture-grade interior signage and memorabilia showcases for display in all industries.

Important Fit & Weight Guidelines
The interior provides a usable depth of 2 inches. This is ideal for documents, patches, medals, or light merchandise. While the bottom of the cabinet can support small items that sit upright, we recommend using the corkboard for lightweight items that can be securely pinned. Items placed inside should not exceed the 2-inch depth to ensure the frame closes flush against the cabinet.

90 Day Limited Warranty

This product is warranted to be free of defects in material or workmanship for a period of 90 DAYS from the date of receipt of your purchase. Access Display Group, Inc. liability arising out of defective products is limited to replacing, without charge to the customer (F.O.B destination), proved defective.
Products to be found defective in material or workmanship within this period of time will be replaced. The defective product, however, must be returned by the customer prepaid for examination and inspection. Contact our customer service department for instructions on how to return the product.
This warranty does not cover replacement due to customer misuse or abuse. This warranty only applies to the original product. There are no warranties which extend beyond the description on the face hereof. Access Display Group, Inc. shall not be liable for incidental or consequential damages such as loss of use, inconvenience or delay.
Return & Exchange Policy
Customer satisfaction is our top priority. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are missing any parts or products in your shipment, we must be notified within 20 DAYS of receipt of the order. If you need to return or exchange the item, please contact us within 20 DAYS of receipt of your purchase. Items must be returned in new, unused and resalable condition, and in its original box / packaging.
This product is subject to a restocking fee if returned for any reasons other than damage. Upon proof of return shipping and inspection of the item a credit will be issued less a 25% restock fee and any outbound shipping costs incurred by Access Display Group Inc. You are responsible for arranging return shipment to our production facility. The restock fee may be waived if exchanging for another item of same or greater value.
Any customized product or order exceeding $2,500 is non-returnable.
Once an order is placed into production a 25% restocking fee may apply to cover the cost of labor and/or materials that have been cut down for your order.
Please email our customer service for a RMA # (return authorization number). No returns will be accepted without such authorization.
International Orders - We do not accept returns when shipping to locations outside of the USA. All sales are final, so please triple check all details of your order before proceeding.

We ship to most places throughout Canada, but please be aware that there is additional transit time when shipping your order. Standard Freight Delivery Lead Time
Larger, heavier items, or large volume orders will be delivered via freight carrier. Standard freight service ONLY includes delivery of your order to the curbside. This selection is mandatory for all Freight Items shipping to a Residential Address. A special smaller truck to access residential streets with Lift-Gate are required for residential deliveries.

Shipment will be moved by the carrier to just inside the nearest door or entrance without any steps. May not be suitable for large items or very fragile display cases. Premium Freight Delivery (Inside Service to Exact Location)($450.00)
For locations without a 48" high loading dock. Two person delivery. Truck used for delivery will have a Lift-Gate used to lower the shipment to ground level. Shipment will be moved inside to a specific location. Please ensure that all doors and pathways are large enough for the product(s) ordered. Shipment will be unpacked and packing materials will be removed. Delivery by appointment.
