Our SwingFrame Designer Wide Wooden Shadow Box offers a high-quality, practical solution for displaying dimensional items. Display Features and Cabinet Specifications
The interior of our 2-inch-deep shadow box is suitable for items up to 2 inches deep. The overall cabinet depth measures 4 inches from the wall. The swing-open front wood frame has a modern, bold, flat-face profile, which is 2 3/4" wide (3" for the brushed bronze finish). The front viewing panel is made from durable, break-resistant clear acrylic.
This functional, empty 2-inch deep display case is an excellent choice for interior display applications in commercial settings, educational institutions, and non-profit organizations. Secure & Concealed Locking System for Businesses
The locking, hinged wall-mounted shadow box uses a patented SwingFrame design. This particular display case features our sturdy, wide-wood picture frame profile, which is securely attached to the cabinet with steel hinges. The patented system features hidden hinges and a sliding gravity lock concealed behind the front frame.
Once mounted, the enclosed wooden shadow box frame has a clean appearance, with no front-facing distracting hardware, unlike many other hinged shadow boxes. Once on the wall, the swing-open feature of the framed cabinet is not visibly apparent.
The display case design keeps the focus on the items you are showing. This makes it an excellent choice for historical societies, art galleries, university trophy cases, visitor centers, corporate headquarters, themed restaurants, and high-end retail environments. If your indoor setting requires added protection for high-value items, an optional side-plunge lock with a key is available. The gravity lock will remain in place as well.

The interior back panel is a solid 1/2" thick wood foundation, offering a firm surface for securing your display items. You have the flexibility to use various mounting hardware and techniques, including nails, screws, strong Velcro, or adhesives. The interior bottom surface can also serve as a practical shelf. This product is warranted to be free of defects in material or workmanship for a period of 90 DAYS from the date of receipt of your purchase. Access Display Group, Inc. liability arising out of defective products is limited to replacing, without charge to the customer (F.O.B destination), proved defective.
Products to be found defective in material or workmanship within this period of time will be replaced. The defective product, however, must be returned by the customer prepaid for examination and inspection. Contact our customer service department for instructions on how to return the product.
This warranty does not cover replacement due to customer misuse or abuse. This warranty only applies to the original product. There are no warranties which extend beyond the description on the face hereof. Access Display Group, Inc. shall not be liable for incidental or consequential damages such as loss of use, inconvenience or delay.
Return & Exchange Policy
Customer satisfaction is our top priority. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return or exchange the item, please contact us within 30 DAYS of receipt of your purchase. Items must be returned in new, unused and resalable condition, and in its original box / packaging.
This product is subject to a restocking fee if returned for any reasons other than damage. Upon proof of return shipping and inspection of the item a credit will be issued less a 25% restock fee and any outbound shipping costs incurred by Access Display Group Inc. You are responsible for arranging return shipment to our production facility. The restock fee may be waived if exchanging for another item of same or greater value.
Any customized product or order exceeding $2,500 is non-returnable.
Please email our customer service for a RMA # (return authorization number). No returns will be accepted without such authorization.
International Orders - We do not accept returns when shipping to locations outside of the USA. All sales are final, so please triple check all details of your order before proceeding.

We ship to most places throughout Canada, but please be aware that there is additional transit time when shipping your order. Standard Freight Delivery Lead Time

Most large non-Fedex/UPS-able products are shipped tailgate delivery.
This is the most economical delivery available. It means the driver will bring the product to the back of the truck. A raised dock is required so that a fork-lift or pallet jack can be used to off load the shipment. Someone from your facility will be responsible to bring the item(s) into your building, office or home.
COMMERCIAL Basic FREE Freight Delivery (Standard Service) ($0.00)
Only for a Commercial location which has a raised commercial loading dock, a 48" high loading dock, for receiving truck/freight trailers and has a pallet jack or fork lift for unloading the truck.
RESIDENTIAL Freight Delivery (Residential Lift-Gate Service) ($125.00)

For locations without a 48" high loading dock. Two person delivery. Truck used for delivery will have a Lift-Gate used to lower the shipment to ground level. Shipment will be moved inside to a specific location. Please ensure that all doors and pathways are large enough for the product(s) ordered. Shipment will be unpacked and packing materials will be removed. Delivery by appointment.
