Return & Exchange Policy
Customer satisfaction is our top priority. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are missing any parts or products in your shipment, we must be notified within 5 DAYS of receipt of the order. If you need to return or exchange the item, please contact us within 5 DAYS of receipt of your purchase. Items must be returned in new, unused, and resalable condition, and in their original box/packaging. This product is subject to a restocking fee if returned for any reason other than damage. Upon proof of return shipping and inspection of the item, a credit will be issued less a 20% restocking fee and any outbound shipping costs incurred by Access Display Group Inc. You are responsible for arranging return shipment to our production facility. All custom orders are non-returnable unless defective in material or workmanship. Any customized product or order exceeding $2,500 dollars is non-returnable.

This selection is mandatory for all Freight Items shipping to a Residential Address. A special smaller truck to access residential streets with Lift-Gate are required for residential deliveries.
