SURFACE MOUNT POSTS
If you're looking to display your message board on concrete, brick, cement or any other solid surface, this is the best option. Included are (2) Metal Base (sleeves) which accept each post with a secure snug fit. To properly install the freestanding message board, simply use the appropriate screws and anchors for the surface where you are affixing the post.

IN-GROUND POSTS
When installing your display directly into ground (for example grass or dirt), then this is the option to choose. Posts provided are longer than the surface mount posts, as a portion of the posts will be dug into the ground for added support. The overall height will remain same as surface mounted posts, for an ideal viewing height.

This product is warranted against all defects in material or workmanship for a period of 50 YEARS from the date of the original purchase. This warranty does not cover replacement due to customer misuse or abuse.
Products to be found defective in material or workmanship within this period of time will be repaired or replaced at the discretion of the manufacturer. The defective product, however, must be returned by the customer prepaid for examination and inspection. Once repaired or replaced, outbound shipping costs will be incurred and charged to the customer.
Limitations
Manufacturer is not responsible for repair or replacement of product(s) subjected to abuse, unintended use or impairs caused as a result of the following:
- Unauthorized repairs, accident, alteration, misuse, neglect, exposure to the elements, or by storm, hail, fire or flood.
- Altered, modified, misused, vandalized or improperly installed products.

Claims
All claims for noticeable damages, concealed damages or shortages, must be reported within 7 days of receipt.
Return & Exchange Policy
Customer satisfaction is our top priority. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return or exchange the item, please contact us within 10 DAYS of receipt of your purchase. Items must be returned in new, unused and resalable condition, and in its original box / packaging. This product is subject to a restocking fee if returned for any reasons other than damage. A credit will be issued upon proof of return shipping and inspection of the item less a 30% restock fee including any return shipping costs. All custom orders are non-returnable unless defective in material or workmanship. All Orders exceeding a subtotal of $2,500, or with any customizations, are deemed non-returnable.

This is the most economical delivery available. It means the driver will bring the product to the back of the truck. A raised dock is required so that a fork-lift or pallet jack can be used to off load the shipment. Someone from your facility will be responsible to bring the item(s) into your building, office or home.
