**We provide a 3-wire cord attached to the ballast/transformer inside the display case. ** When installing, use a licensed electrician/installer to bring power to the display. The installer will decide where to exit the hardwire provided (we do not provide an exit hole, as we feel it's best for the installer to choose the best exit point for the power supply).
We offer TWO LED Lighting Options as detailed below;
TOP LIGHTING (ONE SIDE)
For this option, we place an LED strip light on the top side of the interior display case. The light will shine downward onto the interior case, highlighting the contents inside.
INSIDE PERIMETER (ALL 4 SIDES).
For this option, we place an LED strip light along the entire Perimeter of the interior display case. The light will shine from all 4 sides of the interior case, bringing more light intensity to the contents being displayed inside.
- Post Dimensions: 2" x 2" x 96" (8 Feet High)
- Overall Depth of case: 3 1/8" when adding posts to your display case. This added Depth is for easier installation when mounting the case to posts.
- Posts are attached to the case through the sides. Pre-drilled holes will be provided on the posts for easy display case mounting.
- Secure posts at least 3 feet into the ground for proper support.

Description
Secure & Durable Letter Board Display
The aluminum-constructed cabinet is built to withstand everyday outside elements. It features a full-length piano hinge on the door with a front cam lock.
It also features break-resistant clear acrylic windows, condensation-reducing cabinet drain holes, and moisture-blocking silicone sealant -making it an ideal changeable letter message board for outdoor public areas.
LED LIGHTING: BRIGHTER & LONGER LASTING
Go GREEN with our energy-efficient LED lights. Interior LEDs are strategically placed to highlight menus and announcements. These lights are durable and consume less energy. Select either Top Lit or the Entire Interior Perimeter for LED placement.
Grooved Vinyl Letter Board Panel with Changeable Plastic Letters
The grooved letterboard display board is protected by a vinyl cover and built for outdoor use. With standard 1/4" grooved spacing, it supports a variety of letter sizes and numbers, including 1/2", 3/4", 1", 2", and 3" high letters. We include a free white plastic letter set (290 characters).

This product is warranted against all defects in material or workmanship for a period of ONE YEAR from the date of the original purchase. This warranty does not cover replacement due to customer misuse or abuse.
Products found defective in material or workmanship within this period of time will be repaired or replaced at the discretion of the manufacturer. The customer must return the defective product, prepaid, for examination and inspection. Once repaired or replaced, outbound shipping costs will be incurred and charged to the customer.
Limitations
The manufacturer is not responsible for repair or replacement of product(s) subjected to abuse, unintended use, or impairment caused as a result of the following:
- Unauthorized repairs, accident, alteration, misuse, neglect, fire, flood, or product impairment resulting from wide-ranging field wear and tear, such as chips or tarnish over time.
- Altered, modified, misused, vandalized, or improperly installed products.
Please email our customer service team for an RMA (return authorization) number. We will not accept returns for warranty-related issues without this authorization.
Return & Exchange Policy
Customer satisfaction is our top priority. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are missing any parts or products in your shipment, notify us within 30 DAYS of receipt of the order. If you need to return or exchange the item, please contact us within 30 DAYS of receiving your purchase. Items must be returned new, unused, and resalable, in their original box/packaging. This product is subject to a restocking fee if returned for any reason other than damage. Upon proof of return shipping and inspection of the item, we will issue a credit, less a 30% restock fee and any outbound shipping costs incurred by Access Display Group Inc. You are responsible for arranging the return shipment to our production facility. Any customized product or order over $ 2,500 is non-returnable.

We ship to most places throughout Canada, but please be aware that there is additional transit time when shipping your order. Factors that affect transit time are your specific delivery location, customs inspection, and approval of your shipment as it arrives at the border. Standard Freight Delivery Lead Time
Larger, heavier items, or large volume orders will be delivered via freight carrier. Standard freight service ONLY includes delivery of your order to the curbside. This selection is mandatory for all Freight Items shipping to a Residential Address. A special smaller truck to access residential streets with Lift-Gate are required for residential deliveries.
For residential locations. One person delivery. Truck used for delivery will have a Lift-Gate used to lower the shipment to ground level. Customer is responsible for moving product(s) inside of home.
Lift-Gate Freight Delivery (Commercial Lift-Gate Service)($125.00)

Special Freight Delivery (Lift-Gate & Inside Service)($300.00)
For locations without a 48" high loading dock. One person delivery. Truck used for delivery will have a Lift-Gate used to lower the shipment to ground level. Shipment will be moved by the carrier to just inside the nearest door or entrance without any steps. May not be suitable for large items or very fragile display cases. Carrier may still need some assistance.
Premium Freight Delivery (Inside Service to Exact Location)($450.00)
For locations without a 48" high loading dock. Two person delivery. Truck used for delivery will have a Lift-Gate used to lower the shipment to ground level. Shipment will be moved inside to a specific location. Please ensure that all doors and pathways are large enough for the product(s) ordered. Shipment will be unpacked and packing materials will be removed. Delivery by appointment.
