Description
Made in the USA Open-Face Letter Board with Black Vinyl Panel and Classic Aluminum Frame
Access Letter Boards combine a black grooved vinyl panel with a classic aluminum picture frame for changeable indoor messaging. Insert white plastic letters and numbers to display menus, prices, schedules, directories, and announcements. The open-face design keeps the lettering panel accessible for quick message updates.
These USA-made open-face letter boards are available in 34 standard sizes and seven frame finishes, with custom options by request. They can be wall-mounted, placed on a shelf, or leaned against a wall for display.
Classic Rounded Frame in Seven Finishes
The #15 aluminum frame profile features a rounded, 3/8-inch-wide face that borders the black vinyl panel. Its picture-frame styling suits business, school, office, and home settings.
Choose from Satin Silver, Matte Black, Satin Gold, White, Polished Black, Polished Silver, and Polished Gold.
Changeable Letters and Numbers Included
Each board includes a 290-piece white plastic sprue set containing letters and numbers. Separate the characters from the plastic tree and insert them into the panel grooves to create your message. White lettering provides contrast against the black vinyl background.
Additional character sets are available in Helvetica and Roman fonts, with heights of 1/2 inch, 3/4 inch, 1 inch, 2 inches, and 3 inches. Options include sprue sets and boxed sets with individual characters organized in compartments. Contact us for colorful spray-painted letter sets and pricing.
Access Letter Board™ Sizes and Viewable Area
Overall size measures the outside of the frame. Viewable area measures the exposed black vinyl panel available for lettering. Choose a panel large enough for your message, character size, and spacing between words and lines.
All rectangular boards can be displayed in portrait or landscape orientation. Equal-sided sizes are square. All dimensions below are in inches.

90 Day Limited Warranty
(Magnuson-Moss Act Applies)
This product is warranted to be free of defects in materials or workmanship for a period of 90 DAYS from the date of receipt of your purchase. Access Display Group, Inc.'s liability arising out of defective products is limited to replacing, without charge to the customer (F.O.B. destination), proven defective products.
Products to be found defective in material or workmanship within this period of time will be replaced. The defective product, however, must be returned by the customer prepaid for examination and inspection. Contact our customer service department for instructions on how to return the product.
This Warranty does not cover replacement due to customer misuse or abuse. This Warranty only applies to the original product. There are no warranties that extend beyond the description on the face hereof. Access Display Group, Inc. shall not be liable for incidental or consequential damages, such as loss of use, inconvenience, or delay.
Return & Exchange Policy
Customer satisfaction is our top priority. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are missing any parts or products in your shipment, we must be notified within 20 DAYS of receipt of the order. If you need to return or exchange the item, please contact us within 30 DAYS of receipt of your purchase. Items must be returned in new, unused, and resalable condition, and in their original box/packaging.
This product is subject to a restocking fee if returned for any reason other than damage. Upon proof of return shipping and inspection of the item, a credit will be issued, less a 25% restock fee and any outbound shipping costs incurred by Access Display Group Inc. You are responsible for arranging the return shipment to our production facility. The restock fee may be waived if the item is exchanged for another item of the same or greater value.
Any customized product or order exceeding $2,500 is non-returnable.
Once an order is placed into production, a 25% restocking fee may apply to cover the cost of labor and/or materials that have been cut down for your order.
Please email our customer service team for an RMA (return authorization) number. No returns will be accepted without such authorization.
International Orders - We do not accept returns for shipments to locations outside the USA. All sales are final, so please triple-check all details of your order before proceeding.

UPS / FedEx Lead Time
We ship to most places throughout Canada, but please be aware that there is additional transit time when shipping your order. Factors that affect transit time are your specific delivery location, customs inspection, and approval of your shipment as it arrives at the border. You can estimate the number of days to receive your order (once it ships) by adding 7 days to the range posted on our website for the item.
Standard Freight Delivery Lead Time
Larger, heavier items, or large volume orders will be delivered via freight carrier. Standard freight service ONLY includes delivery of your order to the curbside. Only for a Commercial location which has a raised commercial loading dock, a 48" high loading dock, for receiving truck/freight trailers and has a pallet jack or fork lift for unloading the truck.
RESIDENTIAL Freight Delivery (Residential Lift-Gate Service) ($125.00)
This selection is mandatory for all Freight Items shipping to a Residential Address. A special smaller truck to access residential streets with Lift-Gate are required for residential deliveries.
For residential locations. One person delivery. Truck used for delivery will have a Lift-Gate used to lower the shipment to ground level. Customer is responsible for moving product(s) inside of home.
Lift-Gate Freight Delivery (Commercial Lift-Gate Service)($125.00)

Special Freight Delivery (Lift-Gate & Inside Service)($300.00)
For locations without a 48" high loading dock. One person delivery. Truck used for delivery will have a Lift-Gate used to lower the shipment to ground level. Shipment will be moved by the carrier to just inside the nearest door or entrance without any steps. May not be suitable for large items or very fragile display cases. Carrier may still need some assistance.
Premium Freight Delivery (Inside Service to Exact Location)($450.00)
For locations without a 48" high loading dock. Two person delivery. Truck used for delivery will have a Lift-Gate used to lower the shipment to ground level. Shipment will be moved inside to a specific location. Please ensure that all doors and pathways are large enough for the product(s) ordered. Shipment will be unpacked and packing materials will be removed. Delivery by appointment.
