We offer TWO LED Lighting Options as detailed below;
TOP LIGHTING (ONE SIDE)
For this option, we place an LED strip light on the top side of the interior display case. The light will shine downward onto the interior case, highlighting its contents.
INSIDE PERIMETER (ALL 4 SIDES).
For this option, we place an LED strip light along the entire Perimeter of the interior display case. The light will shine from all 4 sides of the interior case, increasing the intensity of light on the contents displayed inside.
**THE BOX WILL APPEAR BRIGHTER WHEN A WHITE OR LIGHTER INTERIOR IS CHOSEN. THE DARKER THE INTERIOR, THE LESS THE LIGHT WILL TRAVEL AND SPREAD. KEEP THIS IN MIND, AS WELL AS THE LIGHTING ENVIRONMENT YOU WILL BE PLACING THIS SHADOW BOX DISPLAY CASE INTO, WHEN CHOOSING THE LED LIGHTING OPTION WHICH WILL WORK BEST FOR YOUR APPLICATION.
We offer TWO Power Supply Options as detailed below;
12v PLUG-IN ADAPTER
The 12v Plug-In Adapter can be plugged into any standard wall outlet. They come in Black or White, along with their wiring. The plug has a wire that is 5 feet to the power supply, then an additional 3-4 feet depending on the adapter's wattage capacity (see specs below for more information).
12v DRIVER for HARDWIRED APPLICATIONS.
For this option, a licensed electrician will be required to provide power to the display case. The benefit of this option is that the wires and power source (driver) can be concealed by the electrician (see specs below for more information).

What sets the SwingFrame Shadow Box Display Case apart is our patented swing-open system. This design incorporates hidden hinges and a concealed sliding gravity lock that is located behind the front frame profile.
Once the XL 36x48 shadow box is mounted to the wall, the hinges and gravity lock remain out of sight, unlike in other hinged display cases where the front-facing hardware is exposed. To open the frame, simply slide the gravity lock up with your finger from behind the wide wooden frame. This allows you to easily rearrange your display while maintaining a clean, contemporary look without the visual distraction of exposed hardware.

This product is warranted to be free of defects in material or workmanship for a period of 90 DAYS from the date of receipt of your purchase. Access Display Group, Inc. liability arising out of defective products is limited to replacing, without charge to the customer (F.O.B destination), proved defective.
Products to be found defective in material or workmanship within this period of time will be replaced. The defective product, however, must be returned by the customer prepaid for examination and inspection. Contact our customer service department for instructions on how to return the product.
This warranty does not cover replacement due to customer misuse or abuse. This warranty only applies to the original product. There are no warranties which extend beyond the description on the face hereof. Access Display Group, Inc. shall not be liable for incidental or consequential damages such as loss of use, inconvenience or delay.
Return & Exchange Policy
Customer satisfaction is our top priority. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return or exchange the item, please contact us within 30 DAYS of receipt of your purchase. Items must be returned in new, unused and resalable condition, and in its original box / packaging.
This product is subject to a restocking fee if returned for any reasons other than damage. Upon proof of return shipping and inspection of the item a credit will be issued less a 25% restock fee and any outbound shipping costs incurred by Access Display Group Inc. You are responsible for arranging return shipment to our production facility. The restock fee may be waived if exchanging for another item of same or greater value.
Any customized product or order exceeding $2,500 is non-returnable.

Most large non-Fedex/UPS-able products are shipped tailgate delivery.
This is the most economical delivery available. It means the driver will bring the product to the back of the truck. A raised dock is required so that a fork-lift or pallet jack can be used to off load the shipment. Someone from your facility will be responsible to bring the item(s) into your building, office or home.
COMMERCIAL Basic FREE Freight Delivery (Standard Service) ($0.00)

For locations without a 48" high loading dock. Two person delivery. Truck used for delivery will have a Lift-Gate used to lower the shipment to ground level. Shipment will be moved inside to a specific location. Please ensure that all doors and pathways are large enough for the product(s) ordered. Shipment will be unpacked and packing materials will be removed. Delivery by appointment.
The total delivery time for your order is calculated from the time your order is placed until the time you receive it. The diagram below shows how the Total Delivery Time is broken down into Lead Time to Ship and Shipping Time.
Lead Time is the time it takes from when you submit your order to when the product leaves the warehouse. This time is needed for products that are shipped to you directly from us or our vendors.The manufacturers need this time to fulfill your order and in some cases, custom build the product.
Shipping Time is measured from when your order leaves the warehouse to when it arrives at your building, office or home. The shipping time will vary depending on the service you choose. Typically standard freight ground service will take up to 7-10 business days, but your order may arrive sooner depending where the order is being shipped from and where it's shipping to.
